Here’s I know how my sister and I are ageing and really showing it.

“Along, it’s your birthday next week! What do you want to do?” I asked her when I realised it’s going to be September already.

Please say you want to do nothing, I silently prayed.

“Nothing. I. Want. To. Do. Nothing,” she groans.

YESSSS!

Haha.

My sister has always been the easiest and the simplest person you’ll ever meet. Her idea of success is to live on a farm and play with goats. No skyscrapers. Just one shop she can buy her daily needs and she’ll be the happiest person. Basically, the complete opposite of me.

But one thing we agree on now, is we’re both in our no fancy birthdays era. The thought of dressing up and going anywhere past 5pm – no thank you. The perfect night is a good book, a movie night on the couch and sleeping when the kids sleep. 😂

So I knew my sister and I would be vibing on what birthdays mean now.

But obviously we can’t do nothing – we’re not potatoes.

So I planned something that was closest to “doing nothing”…
