Its a twist of Mexican and its sooo delish...its SALA name of the resto. Their nasi lemak is a bomb and also the other dishes. Love the nourishment bowl half price every Friday.
I used to be like you.. picking out every little vege in sight. 2 mindsets that changed my life:
1. What can I add to make this meal good instead of subtracting? (Youtuber nutritionist Nutrition by Kylie taught me this)
2. Have I tried this dish from this cook before with the same recipe? If no, try again. (Just by using different amount of spices, taste and texture can vastly change)
Due to these, I survived GDM during pregnancy as I got it within the 2nd month and also my kids are eating way healthier than I was when I was their age. Now I can eat salad bowls as meals and can't eat korean food without kimchi and radishes.
Indian and Korean food are one of the best vege dishes to try if you don't like raw vege.
